Making Alternative Media

Today in class I’ll go over basic page layout in Microsoft Word before I do an introductory tutorial in Illustrator. For the tutorial (and your own use) I’ve created a very basic Word template for creating ‘zines.

Fall of Autumn has an online guide to cut-and-paste page layout that may be helpful for thinking about your ‘zines. Their resources section isn’t vast, but it may have other tips you find useful.
